Jin Sei Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional form of Japanese Karate that provides physical fitness and self defence to people of all ages and abilities. Previous martial arts experience is not necessary.

Our training teaches karate through kihon (basics/fundamentals) kata (pre-arranged forms) and kumite (pre-arranged & free sparring). With a progressive syllabus, we introduce students to the principles of karate and stand-up fighting, rooted in a philosophy of self-improvement, discipline and serious training.

We offer full-contact, semi-contact and non-contact training for people from all walks of life. Each student’s development is bespoke to their individual needs.
